I found the recipe in "Cupcakes from the Cake Mix Doctor" by Anne Byrn. They even have gourmet cupcakes--you could use them for weddings or other formal occasions. They have a chapter on kid's cupcakes. Since my one-year-old is a climbing, jumping boy, these were perfect. Banana cupcake, cinnamon cream cheese frosting--yum!
