I am a huge fan of Bela Skipjack Tuna in Olive Oil. It's a staple I must have. I buy 5 or 8 cans of it every month at the Park Slope Food Co-op here in Brooklyn.
I like to mix it with a little mustard, half a can of white beans and some salad mix. It makes a quick, satisfying dinner. After a long night at work, it's more satisfying to throw something like this together, than to just drop another fozen dinner into the microwave.
Since I'm eating more and more of this tuna, I went on their website today to see how safe it is. Some friends said I should be careful about how much canned tuna I eat becasue it could contain some bad things?
